Dynalite Accounts

Each Dynalite Cloud user requires their own Dynalite account. Accounts support the following three user roles:

  • Owner
    A CSI business owner sends invitation emails and manages user accounts on behalf of their business.

  • Admin
    An administrator can add/suspend/delete other users and provides access to the organization’s Dynalite projects.

  • Technician
    A technician can open a job file in System Builder and remotely connect to a project. Depending on their project access level, the technician can view the project status, carry out diagnostic tests on any faults and make changes to the system configuration.

Create an online Dynalite account:

  1. The CSI business owner generates an invite to set up a Dynalite account for someone in their organisation. You will then receive a registration email from Dynalite prompting you to create an account.

  2. When you receive the email, click the link and follow the prompts to complete your account registration.

  3. Log in to your Dynalite account at https://my.dynalite.com/
