Widget Properties

The configuration properties for all widget types are listed below. Several properties are common to multiple types, but the editor only displays the properties relevant to the selected widget.

Standard properties are shown in bold. Advanced properties are shown in italics.

Displayed fields can be sorted in one of two ways by clicking the following icons:

Initially only the basic fields are shown. To reveal all fields, click the sb icon advanced  Advanced button.

Enter all or part of a property name in the Filter box to narrow down the displayed properties.

General

Property Description

Widget Type

The type and size of the widget.

Label

Text displayed on the widget.

Icon

Click the Change button to select an icon from the icon library.

Background image

Click the Change button to select background from the icon library.

Logo Image

Click the Change button to import/select a logo image from the icon library.

Unit

Toggle between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F).

Display with temperature unit

If True, includes °C/°F next to the temperature.

Sensor Type

Display the temperature from the Local onboard sensor (default) or Remote (another sensor at the designated Logical Address).

Fan Speed

Select 3-Speed or 5-Speed (refer to your fan specifications).

Page To

The target page for navigation widgets.

Logical Address

Property Description

Logical Area

Selects which area’s temperature setpoint to report.

Channel

Selects which channel within the area to control/report on.
Note that All Channels[0] will ignore individual channel level commands.

Join

The join level for the DyNet message.

BLA

The base link area, if any, assigned to the area.
Set to Disabled if not applicable.

Channel Level

Adjusts the channel in x% increments.

Minimum channel level (%)

Specifies the lowest available channel level.

Fade (rounded to 10 ms)

The time taken to fade to the requested channel level

Preset

On/Off Preset
Open/Close Preset

Defines the preset recalled by a button press.

Fade (rounded to 10 ms)

The time taken to fade to the requested preset.

Temperature Setpoint

Property Description

Step

Adjust the setpoint in or 0.5° increments.

Minimum temperature

The lowest selectable temperature.

Maximum temperature

The highest selectable temperature.

Fan Speed Presets

Property Description

Fan speed 1-X

Shows the presets for each available fan setting.
