Property Editors
SB has the following editors for configuring the DDNG232:
Displayed fields can be sorted in one of two ways by clicking the following icons: Initially only the basic fields are shown. To reveal all fields, click the button.Filter the list by entering all or part of a property name in the Filter box. |
Device Properties
This editor displays information about the device and basic configuration properties.

Used to identify the device. |
Location |
The physical location of the device. |

Other identifying information for the device. |
Box number |
Physical address used for identification by the Dynalite system. |
Serial number |
The serial number of the device. |
Device location sequence |
Identifies devices sequentially on a series network, not required. |

Delay after start-up before sending sign-on message. Maximum value: 00:30:000 (rounded to 10 ms). |

Default to DyNet2 |
Sets the default messages from the device to DyNet2. Leave this option set to False unless advised by Philips Dynalite. |
Route RS-485 bad packets to trunk |
Enables the gateway to route bad packets received on the RS-232 network to the trunk port inside a valid DyNet2 message for analysis. Leave this option Disabled, unless advised by Philips Dynalite. |
Routing
The Routing editor configures routing-related settings and filters for routing messages between the two ports.
No routing configuration changes are required for normal operation. |
Switches
The Switches editor defines actions for the gateway’s AUX input.

Tasks
The Tasks editor enables you to create complex tasks from a range of templates, and manually code and edit your own custom tasks from scratch (See Tasks and Events).
