Export/Import Spur job
SB enables multiple commissioning technicians to work on a project simultaneously. Technicians can export a single spur from an existing system, make modifications and then import the spur job back to the master job/database without affecting the operation of the existing system. The import merges all the folders, physical devices, logical areas, floor plan elements, fixture and load profiles and emergency testing groups that are part of the spur.
The exported spur job is saved as a job file (.dlj). However, the master job can be a job file or a System Manager database.
-
Open the master job/database and select one or more spur gateways.
-
From the toolbar, select File > Export > Export Spur to New Job File… The default filename includes the master job, gateway, spur, date, and time, e.g.
