Interact Accounts

The DCP is accessed via an online Interact account. A Signify representative initially creates a new organization and invites the CSI business owner to setup their Interact account. Each user requires their own Interact account.

Interact accounts support the following three user roles:

  • Owner
    A CSI business owner sends invitation emails and manages user accounts on behalf of their business.

  • Admin
    An administrator can add/suspend/delete other users and provides access to the organization’s Dynalite projects.

  • Technician
    A technician can open a job file in System Builder and remotely connect to a project. Depending on their project access level, the technician can view the project status, carry out diagnostic tests on any faults and make changes to the system configuration.

Create an online Interact account:
  1. The CSI business owner generates an invite to setup an Interact account for someone in their organisation. You will then receive a registration email from Signify prompting you to create an account.

  2. When you receive the email, click the link in the email to complete your account registration.

  3. Click the pink button to accept the Interact Account Terms of Use.

  4. Enter your name, password, language, and country and click the Continue button. The DCP then sends you an account activation email.

  5. Click the account activation link in the email with 24 hours.

  6. Log in to your online Interact account at https://dynalite.interact-lighting.com/sites
