At its core, a Multiroom job is just a complicated Dynalite project with one piece of built-for-purpose hardware and a special dashboard. However, in these projects you will encounter some concepts that are either specific to guestroom control or at least uncommon outside of residential projects:

Bio-Adaptive Lighting

Dimming and color temperature based on task and/or time of day.

Safe/Balcony/Window Status

A user scheduled lighting sequence designed to mimic a sunrise.

AV Integration

Control of third-party TVs and entertainment systems.

Window Coverings

Motorized curtains, shades, and louvers.

HVAC Control

Full control of HVAC including fans, valves, and temperature hysteresis.

VIP Mode

Disabling of energy-saving automation.

Green Mode

Guest-selectable HVAC settings to optimize energy savings.
