Managing Button Groups

Every button on a page is contained within a button group. You can group buttons by building, floor, area type, or any other useful criteria.

  1. Select a page from the Page Tree.

  2. Click Edit at the bottom of the Controls frame.

  3. Click Add Button Group at the top of the frame to create a new group with one column.

  4. Click Add Column to create additional columns in the selected group.

  5. Select a column to begin adding buttons.

With a button group selected, you can:

  • Duplicate the group on the same page

  • Delete the group

  • Copy the group for duplication to another page

  • Paste a copied group to the current page

Button Group Properties

After selecting a button group, you can modify the following options in the Properties frame:

  • Name – displays as the group title

  • Column Span / Row Span - Expands the group across multiple columns/rows

  • Background Color

  • Text color – affects group title and button labels *Title properties:

    • Title Font

    • Title Font Size

    • Title Bold

    • Title Italic

  • Label/Button properties:

    • Font

    • Font size

    • Bold

    • Italic

    • Label width

    • Button width

    • Button height

  • Template - only used for adding Interact Hospitality/STR room templates to the console
